By participating in the BIKC Live Broadcast Karting Giveaway (the “Contest”), organised by TeamSport Indoor Karting, C1 Endeavour Place, Coxbridge Business Park, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 5EH, United Kingdom (“TeamSport”), entrants acknowledge and accept that the Contest is open only to UK residents aged 16 or over who may enter once, excluding TeamSport employees or anyone connected to the Contest. The Contest will run across two livestream days, Saturday 15th November 2025 and Sunday 16th November 2025, and will close at 19:00 GMT on Sunday 16th November 2025. A total of ten ultimate race experiences will be awarded, redeemable Monday to Friday, subject to availability and track opening hours, not valid on weekends, and expiring on 31st December 2026. To attend the prize experience, drivers must be at least 8 years old and meet the track’s minimum safety requirements. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the competition period and notified within 5–6 working days of the Contest closing. Personal data will be collected solely for prize administration purposes, and no purchase is necessary to enter. Participants accept responsibility for all costs, expenses, and taxes associated with participation or winning, including any prize or income tax, while TeamSport assumes no liability for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries, technical failures, fraud, tampering, or errors affecting the Contest or its administration, and reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest, disqualify participants tampering with or violating these Terms, and correct any errors. All entrants and TeamSport remain subject to English law, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
